SURREYS

Our popular Surreys are great for families and groups. We have single bench, double bench & triple bench Surrey bikes.  Each bench seat allows for 3 average sized adults or teens, and all Surrey's have a jump seat for 2 small children.  We have models to accommodate up to 5, 8 or 11 people.

Single speed with dual rear brakes, our Surreys are available at our downtown location and are first come first serve on the day of rental (you can reserve online for tomorrow or later). ​Some of our single bench & double bench Surreys have a hitch to add a single bench Surrey Tram.

SURREY TRAM: Trams are an additional single bench trailer with seating for 3 that can be added to some of our Surreys, increasing capacity.​​

JUMP SEAT: For two small kids, up to 90 pounds capacity. Pet carrier available for your small, well mannered puppy.

BEACH CRUISER BIKES

We have 26", 24", 16" and 12" frames available as well.

FAT TIRE & TANDEM BIKES

Try a Fat Tire bike for a smooth ride overall, and ours are dual speed.  A quick back pedal to switch to low or high gear.

ELECTRIC HYBRID BIKES

Bolt around town on one our iZip Electric Hybrid bikes,
  • It's a 7 speed bike, but with electric assist motor.  Two modes, pedal assist or throttle mode with power to up inclines when needed.
  • Lithium batteries last for miles depending on terrain, weight & headwind. Your range will vary.

ELECTRIC BIKE RULES
We appreciate your awareness of the following rules:
  • Must be 16 years old​ and wear a helmet, and sneakers (no flip flops or loose fitting sandals).
  • 16 & 17 year olds MUST BE accompanied by a parent during the rental  period, and must sign a rental agreement.
  • You must provide a major credit card in your name for a $250 security deposit per electric bike  (sorry, no debit cards for deposits).
  • Electric bike rentals include a full battery charge. We recommend pedal assist mode vs. full throttle mode to extend battery range.  An additional full charge battery may be available for an additional $5 charge if you return within your rental period. Rental time is contiguous (no splitting of rental time). Electric bikes range will vary depending on terrain, rider weight, and how often the throttle mode is used.
FRIENDLY REMINDER: Riding bikes including our Surrey bikes are a physically demanding activity.  Though pedaling is a healthy exercise, everything should be done in moderation and you should be sure you are physically capable of participating in this or any physical activity, This is especially important on hotter or more humid days.  Stay hydrated, take a short break during your ride and protect yourself from the sun.
