To guarantee you reservation, you must pay for the rental after submitting your request.  NOTE: Payment of your rental guarantees the timeframe for your rental.  If you are more than 10 minutes late, we have the right to rent the bike or scooter to someone else.  When you show up late, we will reschedule or offer a credit on a future rental (no refunds) if no vehicle is available.
